The Incarnation
A couple of days before Christmas i was laying in bed and suddenly was thinking to make a project that reflects what we celebrate with Christmas. I thought of a song called "The Incarnation" of Thomas J Terry. This song has been on my list for a long time and now was the moment. I asked a dancer if he would be interested and available. I quickly looked for a location and fortunately there was one just a few minutes away from my house. We filmed on december 23th and launched it on the 25th.
It was one of those projects that didn't need to be difficult in order to make an impact. In fact, this project is viewed by people on Instagram more than 3.000 times.
Christmas
The birth of Christ is one of the biggest events in history. Because this means that the Saviour has come to save us. But from what was He supposed to save us?
He needs to save us from sin. Save us from the judgement we deserve. Because all of us have sinned and therefore all of us deserve the eternal judgement. All of this could sound awful, but the birth of Jesus brings hope to a fallen humanity. The story doesn't end here.
God in His love and mercy send Jesus. The God who made the universe, planets and stars, became a little baby in a manger. Hence, the incarnation. The one most high, became the lowest. The infinite becomes an infant. The Maker becomes man. Instead of man working his way up to God, God came down to man. That is what we celebrate on this day.

God so loved the world that He send His only begotten Son , that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. 17 For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. 18 Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because they have not believed in the name of God’s one and only Son. 19 This is the verdict: Light has come into the world, but people loved darkness instead of light because their deeds were evil. 20 Everyone who does evil hates the light, and will not come into the light for fear that their deeds will be exposed. 21 But whoever lives by the truth comes into the light, so that it may be seen plainly that what they have done has been done in the sight of God. (John 3:16-21)
Jesus Christ died for your sins. Everyone who turns away from their sin and trusts in Jesus will be saved. And more, we are being made righteous in the eyes of God through the sacrifice that Jesus made on the cross. This is the hope we have.
If you're a christian, praise Him this day. If you don't trust in Jesus yet, take a moment to think about the things I said. I pray that you consider what God has done for you and that you will have faith in Jesus this day.
